Application/Solvent base sealer

This sealer is solvent base and should be used when chemical resistance is needed, such as body shop garage floors, chemical factory floors or truck beds that will be exposed to a lot of solvents. This coating comes in a satin or high gloss finish.

Grizzly Grip sealer/gloss enhancer will give your grizzly grip the protection from strong UV created from the natural sunlight. Under normal conditions, with exposure to sunlight, the grizzly grip coating can dull up on you. This will happen with most truck bed liner coatings. Midwest Chemicals has developed a clear sealer/gloss enhancer that you apply to your existing grizzly grip coating. It will give it a high rich gloss, that will not be damaged from the strong UV that the sun puts out. This will also protect any type of truck bed liner coating from dulling out, not just the Grizzly Grip coating. This is Aliphatic Acrylic (anti graffiti) polyurethane; these types of coatings are the most durable coatings in today’s industrial industry.

Application/Water base sealer

This sealer is water base and has great UV to protect your grizzly grip from fading. The water base is more used because most users of grizzly grip do not expose their surface to strong chemical usage. This product is inexpensive and very safe to use. It is used for truck bed liners, marine industry for boats or any industrial use where no strong chemicals for exposed to the grizzly grip product.

You can apply directly over grizzly grip after 48 hours. Just apply one good coat with a brush, roller or sponge. You can use the surface after 24 hours. This product can be applied at any time over the grizzly grip. Some customers elect to use it after the grizzly grip starts to fade. We highly suggest putting a coat of water base sealer over the surface every two to three years. This sealer can be also used with any type of truck bed liner coating.

You will get 250 to 300SQ Ft per gallon with one coat. Most truck beds will need 2 quarts. The sealer comes in Satin or in High Gloss. Any questions please call us at 1 800 270-0777.

I loved using the Grizzly Grip "Sealer" on the Bed Liner. It went from a dull tired looking cab to a new shiny Truck Bed and Rails.
